Position: Curriculum & Multimedia Storytelling Intern
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: Part-time (10–15 hours/week) | Summer or Fall 2025

Internship Overview

We’re seeking a creative, organized, reliable and detail-oriented Curriculum & Media Intern to support the development of engaging educational content and multimedia storytelling. This is an ideal role for someone with an interest in education, social justice, global issues, and innovative pedagogy.

Key Responsabilities

​

  • Assist in developing and editing human rights and global politics lesson plans

  • Help curate multimedia resources (videos, podcasts, readings, story maps) for our digital curriculum

  • Contribute to storytelling projects connected to climate justice fieldwork in Indonesia

  • Participate in weekly check-ins and collaborate using digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)

Who we are looking for

​​​

  • Undergraduate or graduate student in education, international relations, human rights, development, peace and conflict, or media

  • Knowledge of climate justice and Indigenous knowledge is a plus

  • Excellent writing and research skills

  • Familiarity any of the following: Google docs, Canva, NotebookLM, Nearpod, ArcGIS StoryMaps, Exposure.co (for photo essays), Prezi, ThingLink, and basic photo/video editing

  • A passion for social justice, global learning, and inclusive education

  • Independent worker, reliable, creative, organized, and detail-oriented
